Rexnord Electronics and Controls offers gear motors with RPM 94 output wattage (self aligned), specially designed for tea and coffee vending machines. This motor has been passed under an On/Off test with 500,000 cycles (On-2 seconds, off-3 seconds).

Features: sintered brush is self-lubricated, impregnated with permawic oil, which gives life equivalent to ball beatings; sintered gear (iron), is well designed under technical know-how from Micron Engg Co-Korea and a high quality grease is used to stick permanently on the gear for a long life; motor lamination material core loss is 3 kg per watt and a copper wire used can withstand 200ºC temperature rise, resulting in a low temperature rise of the motor; thermostat is used to protect the motor from exceeding the temperature rise. Motor lamination is pre-treated with electro deposit coating to withstand peel out tests for 1000 hours of salt spray
