Using these terms to a non-technical person will only lead to confusion which in turn may cause you to lose the sale. It is important to say exactly what you mean. By listening to yourself, you will be able to determine if your voice inflexion is correct. How convincing are you? Words that provide a solution to a prospect’s problem will work remarkably well. Instead of pushing the product onto the customer you will make the prospect want to buy. Make it very clear how buying the product will solve their particular problem. Words combined with agreeable body language is a great sales technique that you can utilize to your best advantage. Try to get your customer’s immediate and favorable attention using the fewest words you possibly can. This way you mitigate the risk of overselling and time is not waste on non-relevant issues.
