This is advanced micro controller based instrument used for controlling and maintaining process temperature in precise and desired manner. The main advantage is that here user can control temperature as per graph data, ie, increase rate, down rate and maintains the temperature for desired time after particular position in overall temperature cycle. For very complicated temperature cycles this unit is perfect as it have several steps to accommodate all such data and also several plans (one plan is having multiple steps) to match with different process graph data. This unit has temperature programming facility [programming parameters are: rate of rise or fall (x.x°C/minute), maintain target temperature, stay time (xx minute), heat or cool action]; user definable five programmable output relays, output interlock facilities with timer, total 99 plans-every plan with 21 steps, real time clock for date and time, plan linking facility, alarm output-if mismatch between calculated and actual temperature, plan run action-skip, pause and alarm ignore provision, authorized data entry, eight relay outputs, power fail data saving.
