Tagging is a way of using a keyword or descriptive term to categorize listings. Tags are chosen informally and personally by the user, administrator or any person interested in the topic.

A listing may have one or more “tags” associated with it to help organize it as part of our classification system. We may provide links to other items that share keyword tags and enable users to select tags that interest them to be displayed on their homepage. Tagging allows for a way to categorize product listings on GreatOffers4u for easy navigation.

How do I Tag?

We would love for all GreatOffers members to get in the habit of tagging the content that they view. Tagging is simple and easy!

Currently, you have the ability to tag product listings. When you are signed in, you will notice at the bottom of each discussion page there is a “Add a Tag” form. Simply read through the listings and submit keywords (one at a time, for now) associated with the theme of the product.

Tags that you enter will be approved by our editorial team and approved tags will be displayed to other users for easy navigation.

I have a website, but still my product detail page says ‘No Website Specified’

‘No website specified’ on the product details page means that we do know about your website, yet. We regularly send out mailers to our users to update their profile, in case any information has changed. Perhaps you did not receive the email for some reason.

You can now tell us about your website by simply ‘Updating your profile‘

We have added a new Help Center for our users. In case you need any information about GreatOffers4u, please do ask us.

We expect to add a lot of information to the Help Center over the next few months, and it will be an ongoing process as and when we come across a question that is being asked frequently we will add it here.
